The provisions contained on this page regulate the way in which the website (hereinafter, “Web”) of Questionna Assessorament Integral S.L. (hereinafter, “Questionna“) should be used. This applies to the website in its entirety and to the various services that Questionna makes available to Internet users. Access to the Web and its use grants the internet user the status of Web user (hereinafter, “User”) and implies acceptance of all conditions included in this Legal Notice. Access to all pages, posts, and subdomains of the Web (hereinafter, “Content”) will be free, except for certain integrated services that Questionna may offer.
Regarding the legal services offered on the Web, in general and depending on the specific case, these will have the price indicated in each of the proposals for professional services, without these professional services being understood as offered or provided through said Web.
The provision of Web services is limited to the moment when Users are connected to some of the Web domains of Questionna or making use of any of the services provided through them. Therefore, the User must pay attention to this Legal Notice on all occasions when accessing the Web, as this and its conditions of use set out in this Legal Notice may undergo modifications.

The User undertakes, from their access to the Web of Questionna, the obligation to use it and all its Content and features in accordance with current legislation, morality, public order, and what is provided in this Legal Notice. Always refraining from taking actions that may go against the Web itself or against other Users. This means that they will use the Web in a way that does not involve any illicit activity or one constituting a crime or administrative penalty, whether directed against the Web or the rights of third parties.
By way of example and not limited in any way, the User assumes the following obligations:
- I. Not to enter or disseminate content that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic, hateful, or glorifies terrorism or violates human rights.
- II. Not to enter or disseminate malware or similar that may cause damage to the network or computer systems of the access provider, its providers, or third-party Users.
- III. Not to disseminate, transmit, or make available to third parties any type of information, element, or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.
- IV. Not to transmit unsolicited or authorized advertising, advertising material, or any other form of “spam,” except in those sections exclusively intended for this purpose.
- V. Not to introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous, or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.
- VI. Not to impersonate other Users using their registration keys to different services and/or Content of the Website.

- III. The web page that inserts the link redirecting to the Web

It will not be stated on the web page that inserts the link that Questionna has consented to the insertion of this link or that it collaborates or has any kind of relationship with the web page that inserts the link, except in cases where they have the prior, express, and written consent to do so.
